Curriculum
​Our curriculum integrates bedside practice with structured learning that makes unconscious dynamics, meaning making, and team processes visible and workable.

Training includes:

Clinical hours (local placement): 20–24 hrs/wk (extended unit options 10–12 hrs/wk).

Group learning (online): 4–6 hrs/wk total, including:

Group Supervision / Case Study Review (focused case write-ups and consultation)

Interpersonal / Group Relations Seminar (Tavistock small study group)

Didactics & Skills Labs (psychodynamics, ethics/documentation, team practice)

Individual Supervision: cadence and duration per track (see Supervision).
