Alongside professionally trained clinical chaplains, we prepare and deploy spiritual care volunteers with a clear, appropriate scope of service—acting as a force multiplier that extends care without diluting standards.
When appropriate, we also coordinate with community clergy and faith-specific leaders to honor the patient’s tradition, further strengthening continuity of care.
Result: the right resource for each clinical moment—board-certified clinical chaplains for complex, dynamic cases; qualified, well-trained volunteers for presence-based support; and community partners when faith-specific rites are needed.
