Admissions /  Tuition / Scholarships

Prerequisites: Bachelor’s degree (minimum) or equivalent professional preparation; background in caregiving/ministry/clinical support preferred. Openness to self reflection and systems learning required.
 

Application Steps:
1. Complete the online application (no PHI; see below).
2. Upload your CV/Resume (PDF) and provide two references.
3. Interview with a faculty supervisor (30–45 minutes).
4. If accepted, sign enrollment docs and finalize your local placement plan.

 

Cohort Commitment: We encourage applicants to plan to complete at least two units, with four units typical for board-readiness. Extended unit tracks are available for those with significant outside commitments. Advanced “fifth unit” enrichment may be offered selectively.


Deadlines: TBD

(rolling review until cohort fills; priority dates posted on site).


Tuition/Fees: $1,500 per unit tuition; application fee waived for 2025.


Scholarships/Aid: Limited scholarships and need-based aid.
Refunds: Policy TBD (published before enrollment agreements).
